Triad Next Gen Leadership Programs

High School Leader
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in grades 9-12
- Strong interest in sports science
- Member of the Athlete Triad Coalition
- Complete the NFHS Female & Male Athlete Triad online education course
- Follow @theathletetriad on Instagram
- Email coach and/or health/PE teacher and/or school athletic director following the provided template:
- Coordinate one awareness campaign under the guidance of a collegiate and/or faculty mentor
- Attend one Triad Next Gen all-leader mentorship meeting per semester
- Attend one Triad Next Gen educational webinar per calendar year

Collegiate Leader
- Currently in an undergraduate/master's program
- Member of the Athlete Triad Coalition
- Complete the NFHS Female & Male Athlete Triad online education course
- Follow @theathletetriad on Instagram
- Email coach and athletic trainer and/or school athletic director following the provided template:
- Use provide scripts to give a 10-minute athlete-led team talk followed by 20-minute discussion/Q&A session monitored by a faculty leader
- Attend one Triad Next Gen all-leader mentorship meeting per semester
- Attend one Triad Next Gen educational webinar offered each calendar year

Faculty Leader
- Currently a high school or collegiate faculty member
- Member of the Athlete Triad Coalition
- Complete the NFHS Female & Male Athlete Triad Coalition online education course
- Recruit at least 5 collegiate and/or high school leaders from respective institution
- host one 1-hour lecture and Q&A session per semester (for student athletes, other faculty, coaches, or administrators)
- Attend one professional learning community meeting (faculty only) once each semester
- Attend one Triad Next Gen all-leader mentorship meeting once each semester
- Attend one Triad Next Gen educational webinar offered each calendar year

Recruit a class or team to achieve 80-100% participation in the NFHS Female and Male Athlete Triad Elective online education course
