Who We Are

Our story
The Athlete Triad is rooted in over three decades of evidence-based research with new science being published yearly. However, the prevalence of the Athlete Triad is increasing, specifically in young athletes. We recognize the knowledge gap and through Triad Next Gen, we hope to decrease prevalence and increase awareness of the Athlete Triad.
Triad Next Gen strives to educate and prevent the Athlete Triad with education and peer-led discussion. The education program has been created by foundational researchers in the field, ensuring only factual evidence.

Triad Next Gen aims to educate the next generation of athletes, researchers and clinicians to prioritize the health of all athletes.
